Returns Policy

At Fexieland, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process for most products purchased from our website.

Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand how returns and exchanges are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • The product is not on our Non-Returnable List (see Section 3).
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

Please note that customized or personalized jewelry and sale items are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged during shipping.

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note, returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely. Be sure to include your RA number in the package.

    USAYou are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards or vouchers

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. If the item is returned due to a defect or shipping error, we will cover the shipping cost of the exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide a pre-paid return label and either offer a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund, depending on your preference.

6. International Returns

For customers outside the United States, the return process is the same as for U.S. customers. However, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and any customs duties or taxes associated with the return. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure your item is returned safely.
